We pride ourselves in selecting the freshest produce, our Meat. Chicken and  Fish, have usually been blessed, prepared, and offered to us that very same morning.


Our Dishes

There are many Authentic African dishes  served throughout the Gambia, but probably 4 of them provide the main stable diet, with 2 of them being eaten primarily at the weekend
